Apple have been taken to court here in Australia, do they think that we are some backwoods country who doesn't have 21st century telecommunications!!
Apple Offers iPad Refunds
They need to look at their advertising or use of words very carefully and realise that not every country conforms to what is available in the US.
I am an ex-pat Kiwi who loves crafts, cooking, music, reading, watching DVD's,and I am interested in Wicca. Housework is NOT something I enjoy but do it once a week just to keep up appearances and to keep my mother happy.

Colin Golvan, SC, acting for the ACCC, argued for a single sentence without any reference to the iPad's capabilities.
However, Apple argued that consumers may think the device would not work on any mobile broadband networks and the ACCC's proposal was ''disparaging of its very good product''.
Eek - you're right!
