Baking From Easter - reposted!!

Not sure what happened with blogger but they deleted this post and the comments that went with it grrrrrrr.

I whipped this up over Easter and it was so easy and yummy. Sorry but I can't remember where I got the recipe from but I am pretty sure that it was from one of the blogs that I visit....................


ROCKY ROAD
Ingredients
2 large blocks of chocolate, I used Fruit and Nut and Crunchie
100 grams mini marshmallows
1 cup of flaked coconut
2 bags of candy, I just used Homebrand jellies and soft jubes

How To
Break chocolate into small pieces and melt in a glass bowl over a bowl of simmering water.
Cut up candy
Once chocolate has melted add candy, coconut and mini marshmallows.
Pour into a greased or lined cake tin and put in the fridge to set.
Once set cut into pieces and you will get......
